I really love this phone, however I have had a few issues with it. One is the battery, it lasts only a few hours before I have to charge it again even though I followed the proper instructions when I got it. Second, I have experience a few issues where the phone would freeze up unexpectedly when I was scrolling through it or accessing an application etc and I would have to take the battery out and wait 10 seconds to replace it so that I could get the phone to work again. But I love the phone the plan is great and I am really happy with it other than those issues.

The BlackBerry 8120 is a very confusing phone, but I really like all the features.
